I don’t see why everyone thinks Inboxdollars is a scam. I work part time, go to college full time and do surveys through Inboxdollars around an hour a day (usually 3 surveys). I started in March and have received a check about 4 weeks ago, yes it did take me a long time to get my first check.

I have had my InboxDollars account for several years. I had the same thing happen as another user, where, out of the blue, they deactivate my account (with money in my account). I sent a question to the help desk and after two requests, and SEVERAL DAYS, someone responded as they had to the other user who told her story below. They needed a government issued ID, with picture, country/state, name, date of birth, and expiration date. I replied back to this request asking why they needed this information after so many years of being a customer—I got no response. Why would I want to send them this when a) they are so SLOW to respond at all, b) don’t respond AT ALL to this particular question c) they have no contact information (address, phone number) in case there is a problem or fraud. I wouldn’t even know how to report them if they were fraudulent. They used to have a chat option–now all they have is a robot, which is TOTALLY useless. Their Help Desk agents don’t even know the rules–I can look it up myself, and get different explanations than what they give me. The surveys are ridiculous–you can attempt ten different surveys, and be declined AFTER spending the estimated time on them. They say you can get money for printing and using coupons–I’ve missed out on MANY of these, and they don’t respond to the Help Desk requests to correct.
